Nope – we provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your items, please let the office know beforehand
Yes, please – to make our services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before the cleaning.
Yes, please – we need electricity and water to clean, so please make sure your utilities are still functioning.
A deep clean is for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in more than a month or for homes in a bad condition. This allows your cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home. Deep cleaning tackles stubborn buildup, grease, and grime, making it more demanding and time-consuming. This is recommended for all new customers as it brings the home up to our amazing professional standards that your cleaners can then maintain for a lower price on a recurring service.
Absolutely, we can send cleaners who can use eco friendly green cleaning supplies if you select that extra. Or if you prefer, they can use yours as well. Just let us know in the notes when you are booking.
For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans

Billing and Pricing

1. Chargebacks: Due to the increase in fraudulent chargebacks we’ve experienced throughout the entire duration of the pandemic we’ve hired a collections agency to put all fraudulent chargebacks into collections. All accounts in collections will also receive a 10% late fee every month. As well as all *NEW* customers will be charged upon booking no matter how far out you book

2. How-To-BookWhen booking a move-in/Move out cleaning you MUST select the move-in move out package. If you do not, we are not liable for it to be a completed move out/move in and most likely will not confirm the booking.
For full house cleanings, we typically have a flat rate price and you can see the estimated prices on our booking page. We also offer hourly pricing if you only need some rooms or areas cleaned.
Many clients with large homes prefer to order hourly service, and pick and choose which parts of the house they want us to clean on a visit-by-visit basis. That being said, a fixed price option is still available to you.
We currently accept credit/debit cards and cash.. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security as well. Booking through Blue Birds Agency is safe and secure and we guarantee this. Any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded.
Tipping is entirely optional, but very much appreciated by your cleaning team.

We clean during both. Our cleaning staff is able to clean day and night, depending on your preference. Many customers give us a key for after-hours cleaning, so we can clean without disrupting your work. Our cleaning staff are insured and bonded, and MyClean will coordinate all necessary documentation with your building manager.
Yes, all of our cleaners come outfitted with a full kit of cleaning supplies & equipment to bring on site. If you select ongoing service, we also provide heavy equipment such as vacuums, mops, dry mops, and squeegees.
